Each Council Member "in good standing" is extended the privilege to use the Council Chamber facilities (lower level) at his discretion. Access to and use of these facilities is permitted at most anytime to Council Members for the purpose of fellowship of the Order. Gentlemanly conduct and activities conducive to the principles of the Order is expected of each member.
FACILITIES
The Council Chambers consists of several facilities. The lower lounge proper encompasses some 1824 sq. ft approx. 38 X 48 ft. This area includes:
In addition to the main lower lounge there are:
- Dance floor 14 X 16 ft
- Full service bar seating 8 people
- Corner TV lounge with 19" color screen
- Internal PA system, radio, turn-table and stereo
- Dinner seating for approx. 10 tables of 8 seats each
- Fire Dept capacity rating is 100 occupants
- Kitchen, 9 X 12 ft with sink refrigerator, stove and oven
- Game room, 18 X 26 ft. with pool table and card table
- Board room, 10 X 23 ft with conference table seating 14
- Mens' and Ladies' restrooms
MEMBER PASSCARDS
A passcard which activates an electronic door lock is available to members for a onetime fee of $5.00. These cards are available through our Financial Secretary Bill Kissell.
Though a passcard is not required for each member to use the facilities, it provides a convenience to gain entry when other members may not be present.
